Revory ("Revory," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit revory.ai, request a free website audit, contact us, or book a call. If you become a client, the applicable services agreement and any data processing terms also govern our handling of client data.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Our audit form asks for your name, work email, company, and website URL. You may also provide a main goal and notes. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
- Booking information. When you choose a booking link, you leave revory.ai for Microsoft Bookings. The information you enter there, such as your name, email, selected time, and meeting details, is processed by Microsoft and shared with us to arrange and hold the call. Microsoft's privacy terms also apply on its service.
- Website information. Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps, and similar technical records needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. The site may use essential browser storage and performance measurement. We will update this policy if we introduce additional analytics or advertising technologies and provide any choices required by applicable law.
Please do not put passwords, account credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential client materials into the public audit form. We need only your public website URL to begin a free audit.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to you, prepare and deliver the requested audit, schedule and conduct calls, assess whether our services fit your needs, operate and secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We may follow up about your inquiry and our services. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by replying or contacting us below.
Service providers and disclosure
Netlify hosts this site and processes audit form submissions for us. Microsoft provides the external booking service. We may use ordinary business providers for email, calendars, site operations, and security, and share information with them as needed for those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer. We do not make public audit submissions available on the site.
Client data and AI services
A public audit starts with your public website. If a client engagement requires access to private systems, content, or customer data, we will address the scope, permitted uses, access, providers, security, and retention in the client agreement and related documentation. AI providers may process information sent to their services under the configuration and terms applicable to the specific service. We will identify material provider and data-use commitments in those client terms. Do not send private client data through the public audit form.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry, audit, booking, and technical information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or object to marketing follow-up, by emailing hello@revory.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to records we must keep. Your browser can control some cookies and storage. Booking information may also be subject to Microsoft's controls and privacy statement.
Children and changes
This business website is not directed to children. We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be posted here, with any additional notice required by law.
